We had an excellent experience with Royal Plumbing, thanks to Bryton. From the start, he was responsive, professional, and very knowledgeable. What stood out most was that he didn't just treat the symptom of the issue, he took the time to investigate and address the root cause.
He also identified additional factors involving our floor heating system and water softener that could have contributed to the problem, which we truly appreciated.
Bryton communicated clearly throughout the process, explaining both the issue and the solution in a way that was easy to understand. It's rare to find someone who is both highly skilled and takes the time to educate their customers.

Jonah was awesome and did great work, he helped us out in keeping the prices at the expected quoted amount, even when it ended up needing more equipment than expected. He was also very personable and kind, entertaining tons of questions from our kiddo who is very curious about all things regarding repairs. Thanks for your assistance Jonah!
My furnace stopped working so I called Royal. They sent Rodolfo and he was great! He fixed the problem and noticed other things that weren't up to code. I just bought this new house in the fall and the manager said it passed inspection. I'm not sure how! Rodolfo was friendly, professional and educated. He knew exactly what he was doing. I will be requesting Rodolfo as my only tech!
