James and Arturo were awesome to work with. We had what we thought was a bird stuck in the water heater vent, and they handled the situation calmly and professionally from start to finish.
They kept me updated the whole time, sent texts along the way, and explained what they were seeing without overcomplicating things. They checked everything thoroughly — flue, attic, roof — and made sure there was no actual blockage or nesting. Turns out it was likely coming from the intake, and they took care of it by installing a proper wind cap so it doesn't happen again.
What I really appreciated was how they didn't jump to conclusions or try to upsell anything. Just focused on solving the problem the right way. You can tell they know what they're doing.
Overall just a really smooth experience during what could've been a stressful situation. Would defintely recommend them.
