Update: Rodolfo was our technician for our air conditioning inspection. He was very helpful and knowledge in the options and opinions that he gave to us. Very thorough description of the duct cleaning services and pricing before work ever began. Throughout the whole cleaning process what they were doing and what was next were announced. Pictures of the ducts contents were readily available. Great service.

ROYAL SERVICES has been my go-to over the years for all my plumbing/heating/cooling needs. Years ago I wanted to find the unique professionals with the expertise specific to in-home boilers and radiant heating. And ROYAL became that solution. They are always prompt, helpful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They proved themselves once again this week when i discovered a major issue with water leaks and boiler on the verge of total collapse. ROYAL instantly responded into action with problem-solving my catastrophe. ROYAL made me feel like a priority and sent help within hours. Colton was the first to respond and did an honest thorough assessment of the issues. With his skills and knowledge, we put a plan into place. Devin and Trevor showed up early the next morning and went to task. It was a major project as they changed out all the rusty old junk and replaced with the latest cutting edge stuff. Their hard work and devotion to the fix/repair/replace was inspiring. Devin and Trevor worked long hours for back-to-back days to get my home back in order. In fact, the final night of the project they stayed until almost 9PM to get the job done. They could've easily postponed until the next day, yet they stayed until the job was done. I'm so impressed. It was amazing to be treated with such importance. I greatly appreciate the effort of this team and their urgent undertaking. I respect this company more than ever before. And my new boiler/water heater combo set up is absolutely epic!
Rodolfo M did a great job servicing my AC. He was friendly, respectful, and very knowledgeable about air conditioners. He replaced a heavy duty capacitor on my AC that was beginning to fail. It was all in all a positive experience.
