We are currently seeking a Drain Cleaning Technician.  The ideal candidate will have amazing customer service skills, love to help others and be able to provide knowledgeable solutions for our customers and the plumbing systems in their homes and businesses.

Schedule: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday – Friday with rotating on call nights & weekends

Required Qualifications:

• Valid Drivers License with clean MVR
• Ability to be covered by commercial insurance
• High School Diploma or GED
• Previous Drain Cleaning Experience
• Knowledge of current plumbing building codes
• Willingness to actively participate in training seminars and classes
• Ability to follow written & verbal instructions precisely
• Working knowledge of plumbing systems
• General plumbing tools
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work

Desirable Qualifications:

• Ability to perform basic plumbing repairs
• Previous experience in the home service business environment

Job Duties, Tasks & Responsibilities:

• Incumbent will be responsible for analyzing, diagnosing & cleaning clogged drains.
• Ability to operate all types of drain cleaning equipment including hand augers, small & large cable machines and jetters.
• Ability to operate camera & locating tool to locate area of the problem area
• Ability to remove & reinstall toilets & p-traps to gain access to drain lines
• Follow company policies and procedures
• Answer customer questions
• Follow-up calls/reviews
• Clean-Up after every job
• Maintain a clean & organized company vehicle
• Assist & participate in Company trainings, meetings & briefings
