With nearly 30 years of industry experience and three years at Royal, Phil plays a key role in leading our plumbing team and mentoring others. His favorite part of the job is helping people grow, both personally and professionally. Known for his positivity and leadership, Phil enjoys camping, biking, and spending quality time with his family. Fun fact: Despite his fearless work ethic, Phil is secretly scared of mice!
